1. Platform Overview & Data Processing

TRTL.Health provides white-label patient portal software and diagnostic integration infrastructure on behalf of clinical laboratories, hospitals, and healthcare providers (the "Data Controllers"). TRTL.Health operates the platform on the Controller’s behalf strictly as a technology infrastructure vendor and Data Processor. Use of this platform involves processing diagnostic results and contact details solely to display records and facilitate communication as instructed by your healthcare provider.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Important)

  • Not Medical Advice: TRTL.Health is a software and technology provider, not a healthcare or medical provider. Explanations, reference ranges, visualizations, and definitions presented across the platform are strictly for informational purposes.

  • No Medical Diagnosis: Platform content does not constitute medical diagnosis, clinical advice, treatment plans, or prescription writing.

  • Consult a Healthcare Professional: Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding diagnostic lab results or medical symptoms. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information viewed on this platform.

3. Liability Limitation

TRTL.Health functions solely as a software vendor and assumes no medical or clinical liability for:

  • Any health conditions you possess, develop, or treat.

  • Clinical decisions made by you or your healthcare provider based on information accessed through the platform.

  • Inaccuracies in source data: Laboratory findings are displayed exactly as transmitted by your testing facility or clinic. If records are inaccurate or incomplete, contact your healthcare provider directly.

4. Minors and Authorized Access

If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, platform access must be authorized and supervised by a parent or legal guardian in accordance with applicable local regulations and your healthcare provider’s policies.

5. Medical Records & Data Accuracy

If you believe your laboratory test results or medical records are incorrect, contact your healthcare provider or laboratory directly. TRTL.Health is not authorized to alter, modify, or delete clinical medical records without formal written instruction from the responsible Data Controller.
